With over a decade of experience across the APS and private sector, Taylor brings public service recruitment experience alongside an objective, external perspective to selection processes. She has supported over 110+ recruitment rounds across 20+ federal and state government agencies, spanning APS4 to SES Band 2 roles. She works closely with panels to ensure recruitment processes are efficient, compliant, and defensible. Taylor is committed to supporting panels to navigate their recruitment responsibilities easily and ensure their recruitment outcomes align with Public Service merit principles.
